Browser extension
Click a phone number.
Your desk phone calls it.
WPS PBX finds phone numbers on the pages you already read and turns them into a single click. The call is placed by your WirePro Solutions phone system, from your own extension — no copying, no misdialling.
How it works
Three things happen. That's the whole product.
Point it at your phone system
Enter your PBX address, extension number, and password once, in the extension's settings. The Test button confirms them without placing a call.
Click a number on any page
WPS PBX marks the phone numbers it finds while you read. Click one, or pick it from the right-click menu, to start the call.
Your phone rings first
Answer it and your phone system connects you to the number you clicked. The call comes from your extension, not from your browser — so it works with a desk phone or a softphone.
Privacy
It talks to your phone system. Nothing else.
There is no account to create and no server of ours in the path. The extension asks your PBX to place a call — that is the only request it makes.
No account with us
You never register. There is no user record on our side, because there is no side.
No analytics or telemetry
Nothing is reported back. We receive no data about you, your calls, or the pages you visit.
Settings stay on your device
Your PBX address, extension, and password live in your browser's local storage — nowhere else.
Scanning never leaves the page
Page text is read in the page to find phone numbers. Nothing is transmitted as a result.
The company
Three names, one company.
You will see all three around this product — on the store listing, in the phone system, and here. This is how they fit together.
- 1MC, Inc.
- The legal entity. It builds the software, publishes the extension, and is the trader named on the listing.
- WirePro Solutions (WPS)
- The brand 1MC, Inc. trades under for its phone-system products. Not a separate company.
- WPS PBX
- The product — the phone system and the browser extension this site is about.
